Returns & Exchanges Policies
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, let us know. Please check your order carefully upon arrival to ensure all items have been received. Any discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of receiving items. All merchandise is completely guaranteed against manufacture defects. We’ll gladly accept returns within 30 days after receipt.
Listed below is our policy for returns/exchanges: (Due to the nature of our products, some items are non-returnable and non-refundable.)
- Customized garments, including embroidery, screen-printing and tackle twill are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Custom poms are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- In-Stock items may be returned or exchanged. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged to all items returned, not exchanged. (The 10% fee is for the items purchase price.)
- NO REFUNDS ON CLOSEOUT ITEMS. Closeout items may only be exchanged.
- Exchanges on closeout items are limited to stock on hand.
- Due to health regulations, briefs, bodysuits and socks may not be returned if the original packaging has been opened.
- Shoes must be in original, unmarked box. Shoes with signs of wear (dirt, scuffs, grass stains, dirty soles, etc.) will not be accepted for a return. SHOE BOXES MAY NOT BE USED AS MAILING BOXES.
- Items returned that were part of a package would be returned as if all items within the package were purchased individually.
- We will not accept C.O.D. returns.
- Please use return form, that was enclosed with statement. If a form is not available, download one here or on a separate sheet of paper please include your name, address, school association, contact number, order number, customer number, reason for return, number of items returning and items wanted for exchange.
- We try to get to our returns in a timely manner. Replacements are subject to availability and our normal delivery schedule. Returns are processed within 10-14 business days plus shipping. Please use a form of shipping that allows tracking. (UPS Ground, FEDEX, or the US Post Office with “return receipt requested”.) We are not responsible for shipments or packages that have been lost in transit.
Please allow 10-14 business days for the return to be processed from the date the return is received by our receiving department.
