How to Get Your Order Approved

To get your order approved, here is what we need from you

  • For all orders exceeding $1000.00, we will need a faxed copy of your driver’s license. (Fax # 1-800-807-7240) This is to ensure the safety of your credit card information.
  • All orders with customization must be approved before processing. This approval must include a signature along with the date signed. Your quote will either be emailed or faxed to you. Simply review the order, ensure everything on the order is correct, and fax your signed approval to our processing department. If changes must be made, please correct your quote and fax it to our processing department. Please note that all customized orders must have an approval, therefore, any custom order not approved will not be processed until we receive your signed approval.
  • School Purchase Orders must be faxed or mailed to us before your order will be processed. The P.O. must have appropriate signatures with items to be ordered and total amount. This ensures that your purchase order will be matched to the correct order. Please fax or mail to:
