Do you allow local order pick-ups?

Campus Teamwear is happy to allow pick up options for customers in San Diego, with some limitations for eligibility. Please see our qualifications below, and review carefully to determine if your order meets these requirements.

  • Only orders placed ahead of time, by phone, qualify.
  • The order subtotal (before tax) must equal a minimum of $300.
  • Four business days are required for payment processing and order packing. Customers may pick up their order four business days after they have paid.
  • Prepayment is required for all pick up orders.Orders that are not paid for immediately will not be ready for pick up until four business days after payment is received.
  • Custom orders are not eligible for pick-up at this time.

Online orders are not eligible for pick up, and can not be changed to pick up after the order has been placed. Walk-ins to place, pick-up, return, or exchange an order will not be accepted under any circumstances. If you need to return or exchange an item that was included in a pick-up order, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for more information.

Pick-up customers are not permitted to try on items at Campus Teamwear.

No exceptions can be made to this policy; Campus Teamwear is a catalog and online retailer, and does not have a showroom or a fitting room to accommodate retail shopping.

Once an eligible order is placed and paid for, items will be packaged and available for pick-up in our lobby after four business days. Customers that have eligible pick-up orders may come to Campus Teamwear during current pick up hours (Monday – Friday from 7:00 am – 1:00 pm). These hours are subject to change without notice, and exclude holidays.

Order processing time includes business days only, and is subject to our standard policy. Orders that are placed on Friday and paid for immediately will not be available for pick up until Thursday of the following week. Acceptable pick up times may vary at the discretion of Campus Teamwear, and do not necessarily reflect business hours; ask your Campus Teamwear sales representative to confirm the earliest available pick up day at the time you place your order.
