Delivery Schedule:
In-stock items take between1-4 weeks to receive. Customized items require 3-5 weeks production time plus shipping. This is the approximate time necessary for an order to be processed, shipped and delivered by regular ground service. Actual delivery will vary depending on the date your order is received, your location and product availability. You will be informed if any item is temporarily out of stock or discontinued.

We allow 48 hours processing time. ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY will be received Monday, and processed within 48 hours.

Peak Season Processing Time (August - Mid October)
During peak season all orders may take up 5 business days to process and ship.

Custom items and custom poms take 3-5 weeks to ship and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Ground shipping takes 5-7 business days. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be automatically charged the 2-Day Air fee and shipped 2-Day Air. Ground shipping is not an option to Alaska and Hawaii. Campus TeamWear does not ship internationally nor can we ship to PO, APO or FPO Boxes.
