To get your fantabulous order approved, here is what we need from you:
- All orders exceeding $1000.00, (You go girl!) we will need a faxed copy of your driver’s license. (Fax # 1-800-807-7240) This is to ensure the safety of our wonderful customers and their credit cards. Don’t worry, you’re not the only one faxing in. Wink!
- All orders with customization (embroidery, screen printing, tackle twill and custom poms.) Customization is cool because it has your name, mascot and in your colors! Because of this awesome feature, we need your signature and date at the bottom of your order. This will be faxed over to you by one of our Cheerleading Gurus after your order has been placed. Simply fax back the order with your signature and date and we will process your order. Your order will not be processed without the faxed signature approval. It’s that simple!
- School Purchase Orders must be faxed or mailed to us before your order will be processed. The P.O. must have appropriate signatures with items to be ordered and total amount. This ensures that your purchase order will be matched to the correct order. Please fax or mail to:
